Meet our Board of Directors |

Lynn Mackedanz is the President of the Hutchinson Co-op’s Board of Directors. He has been on the board since 2000. He has been farming since 1981 and runs a 350 acre dairy farm north of Hutchinson with 50 head of cattle. He also does custom planting, combining and trucking. Lynn was raised on the family farm. He is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. He previously served on various co-op, township and church boards. He worked at 3M for 8 years.

Rodney Kurth is the Vice President of the Hutchinson Co-op's Board of Directors. Rodney has been a member of Hutchinson Co-op since 1986. Rodney and his wife Carolyn raise dairy cows, steers, and heifers on their farm located by Cedar Mills, they also raise corn, soybeans and alfalfa. His hobbies include fishing and hunting. |

Joe Tauer is the Secretary/Treasurer on the Hutchinson Co-op’s Board of Directors. He has been on the board since 1999. He was an advisory member representing the Farmer’s Elevator Association on the Hutchinson Co-op Board. He has been farming since 1983. He has also spent several winters working at Green Giant, Nature Fresh and Nordic Track. Joe was born and raised in Hutchinson. He is currently running the family farm. He has a BS degree in Accounting from St Cloud State University. He is a member of the Corn and Soybean Grower’s Association and NFIB. He volunteers at St Anastasia Church and School. |

Morris Rettman is a member of Hutchinson Coop's Board of Directors. Morris has been a member of Hutchinson Coop since 1980. Morris and his wife, Lee Ann, had been dairy farmers for over 42 years. He also raises corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, and alfalfa. Morris is a member of Pheasants Forever and Minnesota Dark House Spearing Association. He has served on the Hutchinson Farm Service Board and McLeod County Holstein Assocation. He is currently trustee of Zion Lutheran Church.

Rodney Kirchhoff is a member of Hutchinson Coop's Board of Directors. He has been a member of Hutchinson Coop since 1995. Rodney and his wife, Tammy run 250 acres of corn and soybean rotation. He currently serves as the treasuer of the Sumter Hassan Valley ditch association. Rodney continues to farm along with the help of his brothers sharing equipment and labor.
